1. The price listed on the product is the price for one pair or for one eye only?

The price listed on the product is the price for a pair.

 

2. Can I order a pair of contact lenses with different minuses?

Of course, you can order with a different minus.

 

3. If the contact lens I ordered is uncomfortable, can I replace it?

Of course, we provide a 3-day guarantee from the time the goods arrive at their destination. If the contact lens received is uncomfortable or there is a tear (product defect), it can be exchanged for a new one with the same model and minus. For further information about returns, you can contact the admin via WhatsApp or E-commerce.

 

4. What if I buy the wrong product (type/color/minus). Can it be exchanged?

So sorry dear, mistakes other than not from our side cannot be replaced/refunded for any reason. Orders that have been made cannot be contested. So make sure you are careful before making a payment :)

 

5. If I order via e-commerce today, when will the goods be sent?

All orders received Monday to Friday before 16.30 will be dispatched on the same day and receipts will be updated within 24 hours. Orders that enter on Friday (after 16.30), Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday.

 

6. Can I exchange goods?

Sorry, we do not accept re-delivery for any reason, except for an error in sending goods from us.

 

7. Are the products sold here Original & Ready Stock?

All products sold by GNG Hallyu Jaya are 100% Original made in Korea. Products are also ready stock, except for Pre-Orders listed in the product description information which states that the product is Pre-Ordered within the specified time limit.
